Cancellation Policy

Due to the special procedures and time involved in scheduling many salon and spa services, a 12-hour notice of cancellations is greatly appreciated. Appointments for day spa packages can be guaranteed with a major credit card and require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. "No show" appointments will be charged full price and last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of total price.
